How do I order?

How do I pay?

If you are ordering on-line, we accept payment by credit card via our secure payment gateway. If you would like to pay via internet banking, cheque, please choose that option in the shopping cart or contact us.

What happens if I don’t have a credit card?

You can also pay by cheque or internet banking. Please be aware that international payments may incur a bank transaction fee. If you want to pay by these methods please choose this option in the shopping cart or contact us.

What are your shipping charges?

In New Zealand, if your order comes to over $100, then it will be sent post free! Otherwise, the cost is dependant on where you live and will be calculated as you shop via the shopping cart. If you would like to arrange a different method of delivery, please contact us directly before placing the order online.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once we receive your order, we will notify you with the dispatch details and any tracking numbers. If in New Zealand, you should receive your order within 2-4 days or if you live overseas, then within 2 weeks. Please check out our postage information.

What is your returns policy?

As all our homeopathic remedies are made to order, we cannot accept return of items that have been incorrectly order. With other products, we offer a full money back guarantee on all unopened goods returned in original, saleable condition if returned within 30 days. Can I order a product that doesn’t appear on your web site?

The natural health industry is growing rapidly and new remedies and products come on the market all the time. Whilst we try to offer the full range of remedies on line, we may not stock the particular product you are looking for. However, using our network of partners and suppliers, we can try to source it for you. Please contact us if you want this service.
