Delivery Details

New Zealand orders

We offer FREE DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders over NZ $100 total.

For orders under this amount, the cost of delivery is just $5.00 per order.

You can expect to receive your goods within 3-4 working days of having placed your order.

We use CourierPost or Parcel Post Tracked for all national deliveries.

We send non-signature unless otherwise requested. If you're not home when they call, and they deem it safe to do so, the driver will typically leave your parcel either at your door or in your mailbox. If they don't think it safe to leave, they'll leave a card to call.

If delivery is to a business you must include the business name in your delivery address.

All CourierPost orders are sent with 'Track & Trace'. We'll send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent.

We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand prior to their having been delivered to your home/business provided we are notified within 7 days. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.

International orders

We use NZ-Post International Air freight for all international deliveries unless otherwise arranged. Your order should arrive within 2 weeks of the order placed. For Australian orders, this will generally be between 1 – 2 weeks

For larger orders over $250, we will be sending your parcel using the International Economy courier service which will give you the added confidence of tracking and insurance. Once your order has been dispatched we will send a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Customs / Import Regulations

Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. We have endeavoured to make sure that all the products for sale via this website comply with New Zealand and Australian regualtions. Any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control.


Simillimum Homeopathic Pharmacy Ltd accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit prior to their having been delivered to your home/business provided we are notified within 30 days. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.


In the event of a non delivery, we'll refund you the value of the order less any postage costs incurred to us.

We've been sending goods all over the world for many years and have had very few problems.

In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn't reach you within the expected delivery time-frame (NZ =3 days / international = 21 days) of our having emailed you confirmation of dispatch, please let us know.
