Sleeplessness


SleeplessnessOne of the main things we are asked about are remedies for sleeplessness. Many people find it difficult to get enough sleep, or to get sleep of good quality. There are many factors which can contribute to this, such as stress, poor diet, worry or emotional upset, or other health conditions and the treatment will depend very much on the cause of your sleep problem. Therefore it is important to examine the possible reasons why sleep is difficult for you.



There are a few measures worth considering:

- Create a restful place to sleep

- Avoid coffee, tea and other stimulants

- Learn to relax; daily relaxation or meditation practice can help you rest properly and have quality sleep
