Spirulina


This blue-green algae, known as a "superfood" is extremely high in vegetable protein (it is a complete protein, containing all essential amino acids) and rich in phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals such as beta carotene, iron, B, C, D and E vitamins and the essential fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).
