Natural solutions to hayfever symptoms.

It's that time of year again when hayfever sufferers begin to feel the unwanted effects of hayfever. There are many natural remedies which can help to alleviate your acute symptoms and to support your immune system whilst the allergens are about.

Hayfever can be problematic for many people throughout the year. Hayfever is due to an allergic response to the various pollens prevalent in the air around us. Symptoms can range from a runny nose and itchy eyes through to a full blown allergic state.

We have a range of solutions which you may find handy as well as some tips to help you through the hayfever season.

Around the home

Give your house a really good spring clean and wet dust around the place. When you are in an allergic state, you may be more sensitive to other allergens. Dust and animal hair are common so regular cleaning becomes even more important.

Keep your windows and doors shut at dawn and dusk (times when the pollen count tends to be higher)

Change your shoes when coming into the house - pollen can stick to the soles.
